No complaint, I loved this place, recommend. My room included air conditioning, a laptop-compatible safe and an iron. There was lots of outstanding options for buffet breakfast.

Secure location to Burton Chace Park. King room was stunning and exceptional. Smart staff and WONDERFUL hotel's restaurant. They provided very good service too.

Facilities were very nice, but Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Quiet place, it was fairly clean. Really enjoyed central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room. The buffet breakfast was a nice touch. The early check-in process too.

This hotel was in a nice area close enough to Venice Beach and yummy restaurants and the ocean. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful. Lobby was nice.

Appreciated my stay, it was fantastic, the service was excellant. The beds where exceptionally comfortable and the room was functional & perfect. A huge variety of fine food for meals. Decent location just a short stroll away from ballona wetlands.

The breakfast should be included in the price.

Appreciated our stay at this functional hotel, it was truly memorable. The venue was clean & reasonably large. A wonderful beach, awesome view. Also, distance to a walkable beach was just 1 km. Outstanding breakfast, helpful service.

Absolutely perfect room, chearful staff, brilliant location. I got free upgrade and loved it. They made my stay unforgettable. Music bar with welcome drinks. There was a bright restaurant, a shopping area and the markets next door;)))
